Instead of paying for several hotel rooms, stay together and be comfortable in our home. You'll be able to put the kids to bed upstairs while the adults can be together in other areas of the home.

-1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (2 twin mattresses), 1 sofa bed, 1 crib and 1 pack 'n play available (more available, if needed), 2 additional couches
-Can sleep 8 in beds, nursery can have a blow-up mattress and two additional couches--so could easily sleep 12. Plus, the master bedroom is very large, so floor space is available for more blow-up mattresses.
-Have young children, so high chairs are available, as well as a playroom
-Kitchen has pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc....
-52" flat-screen TV with surround sound (Additional TV in playroom for movies)
-Washer and Dryer
-Treadmill
-BBQ grill and patio furniture -3 car garage
-No smoking
-No pets
-No unmarried co-habitation
-No alcohol
Rental agreement will be signed.
